TAKE A WARM BATH
Research from the journal Complementary Therapies in Medicine found that soaking in warm water daily for 8 weeks is more effective at easing anxiety than a prescription drug.
For greater benefit, add essential oils: Sage sharpens memory, and bergamot relieves stress. And, if you feel a cold coming on, a hot bath can soothe stuffy nasal passages and erase body aches.
There you go... you now have a good excuse to pamper yourself. :-)
