MARCH 13th, 2014:  Monthly Support Meeting

Topic: Lifting Hearts Bookclub

Bring a favorite book, inspirational story, and/or quote to share.  We'll be making bookmarks.

APRIL 10th, 2014: Service Project and Speaker

"Thank You" card bundles for survivors. Speaker: Pamela Henrie "3 Steps from "Beat" to "Brilliant"

Pam will be speaking to us about intentionally planning our days,  remembering the important of balance in our lives, and doing weekly evaluations. :)

Come and help us make these bundles that will help our fellow survivors.

MAY 8th, 2014: Quarterly Activity

Lifting Hearts 4th Birthday Party!  "Celebration of Life".  From 7:00 - 9:00 pm

Bring a guest and enjoy an evening with our doctors and fellow survivors.  Refreshments will be provided.  There will also be a silent auction to raise money for our support group!  INVITATIONS WILL BE SENT OUT DURING APRIL.  RSVP to Kara @ 801-360-4666

JUNE 12th, 2014:  Monthly Support Meeting

Topic: "Eat, Walk, Laugh"! Join us for a walk around the park, nutritional information, and some good giggles. Guest Speaker: Kristi Stocking

Topic:  Line Dancing Exercise Class

AUGUST 14th, 2014:  Annual Family Picnic

CARNIVAL!!!  Survivors are free, guests pay $5.00 per person for dinner, and receive 5 tickets to play the carnival games.  LOTS of prizes and fun!  RSVP to Kara @ 801-360-4666 - include how many will be coming, please.  Location to be announced soon. (2 yr. old and under are free)
